I’ve never really fancied a Kinect. Not that i’m adverse to it, par se, i’ve just not seen anything that’s even vaguely snared my interest. Until now. In two words..

The people behind my beloved Souls twins look to have created an epic in STEEL BATTALION: HEAVY ARMOR, with the Kinect supplementing the controller, rather than attempting to replace it.
The game looks claustrophobic, immersive, scary and incredibly atmospheric. I love the shun of bombast and glory in favour of a focus on the nasty enigma that war truly is, and the fight to protect those sharing such a journey into hell alongside you.
